Author Biography
Manuel Ghilarducci is visiting professor at the Institute of Slavic and Hungarian studies of the Humboldt University of Berlin. His research interests include Polish, Russian, Serbian and Belarusian literature from the 19th until today, interconnections between literature and philosophy (especially hermeneutics and poststructuralism), the ‘Belarusianess’ discourse in popular music (in particular in rock and hip hop) and the poetics of ambiguitas and obscuritas in Slavic poetry at the end of 19th century. He published a monograph on the language reflection in Russian and German contemporary prose (Subjekte, Sprachgewalt, Hegemonie, 2019) and articles on – among others – Vladimir Sorokin, Stevan Raičković, Andrzej Stasiuk, Gennadij Ajgi, Ignacy Karpowicz, and Viktar Martsinovich.
